FAQs
Q: What makes a golf tag detacher different from a flat magnetic detacher?
A: A golf tag detacher features a indented top cup designed to fit the rounded dome of golf tags, holding them in alignment with the internal magnetic core for quick unlocking.
Q: Will this detacher damage clothes or tags?
A: No. The magnetic field purely retracts the internal lock mechanism pin, releasing the tag cleanly without requiring force that could rip fabrics or break the tags.

The magnet is strong enough and detaches easily. Good seller. I will report back after I try it out on more tags, but all looks good. Leon
